Reasonable Limitations:
Minimum Monthly Cost: £59.99 for custom plans and £99.99 per month for commercial plans, with the final cost depending on the size and complexity of the roof, the frequency of inspections, and the level of coverage required.
Custom Excess and Coverage Limits: Tailored excess and coverage limits based on your plan, with options to increase coverage for an additional premium.
Exclusions: Similar to residential plans, major structural repairs, roof replacements, and pre-existing conditions are not covered without a separate agreement.

The Initial Survey
Before we set the plan up, we will need to inspect the current condition of the roof and generate a report. This will help us to identify the roofing system in place and what will be required to be covered by your 365 Protection Plan.
Upon sign up, you will be asked to complete a series of questions to help us get a feel for the roof prior to our visit to complete the survey.
