Coverage:
Storm Damage Cover:
We cover repairs related to damage caused by high winds, hail, and other storm-related incidents.
This includes fixing leaks, replacing damaged slates, and securing loose tiles.
Bi-Annual Roof Inspections:
We conduct thorough inspections twice a year to identify and address potential issues before they become costly repairs.
Gutter Cleaning:
Includes cleaning gutters twice a year to prevent water damage and ensure proper drainage.
Minor Repairs:
Covers minor repairs up to £650 per year, including replacing damaged shingles, fixing small leaks, and resealing flashing.
Reasonable Limitations:
Excess Costs: A fixed excess of £50 per claim applies to cover part of the repair cost and storm damage.
Coverage Cap: Maximum coverage of £2,200 per storm incident. For repairs exceeding this amount, you will be responsible for the additional costs.
Exclusions: Major structural repairs, roof replacements, and damage due to pre-existing conditions are not covered.
Additional Services:
Priority Response: Emergency repairs are prioritized, with response times within 48 hours to assess and repair where possible.
Discounted Additional Services: Receive a 15% discount on any additional services, including full roof replacements or extensive repairs.
The Initial Survey
Before we set the plan up, we will need to inspect the current condition of the roof and generate a report. This will help us to identify the roofing system in place and what will be required to be covered by your 365 Protection Plan.
Upon sign up, you will be asked to complete a series of questions to help us get a feel for the roof prior to our visit to complete the survey.
